Join fellow ACCA members on Capitol Hill to meet with your Senators and Congressional Representatives and advocate for the credit repair industry.

What is a Legislative Fly-In?

A legislative fly-in is an organized trip where industry professionals travel to Washington, D.C. to meet face-to-face with elected officials. ACCA coordinates meetings with your specific Senators and Congressional Representatives based on where you live and do business.

A professional lobbyist will use your registration details — including your home address, business address, and the states where you serve consumers — to schedule targeted meetings with the legislators who represent you.

Event Schedule

DAY 1

Tuesday, September 15

3:00 PM – 5:00 PM EST

What to Expect:
Training session covering protocols for meeting with Senators and Congressmen, key talking points, what to expect during meetings, and how to make the most of your time on Capitol Hill.

DAY 2

Wednesday, September 16

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Rally Point:
Longworth Cafeteria, Room B-223 (Basement)
Longworth House Office Building

What to Expect:
Scheduled meetings with your Senators and Congressional Representatives throughout the day.

End of Day:
Gather at the rally point at 5:00 PM to report back on your meetings and share outcomes with the group.

This is a free event for ACCA members. Please register so our lobbyist can schedule your meetings with the Senators and Representatives in your districts.


Additional Information

Travel & Hotel

Attendees are responsible for their own travel and hotel arrangements. We recommend booking a hotel near Capitol Hill or downtown D.C.

What to Bring

  • Government-issued photo ID (required for Congressional buildings)
  • Business cards
  • Notepad or device for notes

Dress Code

Business professional attire (suit and tie / professional dress).
